Handmade books from the Society of Bookbinders

Do you like fine book binding? We invite you to view an exhibition of handmade books currently on display on the RAU library Foyer. These books are the work of the members of the Society of Bookbinders inspired by the book of Laurie’s Lee “Cider with Rosie”. Among the beautiful books on display there is one made by Chris Arnison an ex RAU professor, Vice Principal and a passionate bookbinder! The idea of this binding project was John Jameson’s.

Come and see this fascinating display of handmade books and get inspired!

The RAU library also holds beautiful books with a visual appeal in its collections.
