Summer Vacation Library Opening Hours 2016


The Library will close at 5pm on the last day of term, Friday 24th June.  The following hours will then apply until Monday 3rd October:


MONDAY 9am – 5pm
TUESDAY 9am – 5pm
WEDNESDAY 9am – 5pm
THURSDAY 9am – 5pm
FRIDAY 9am – 5pm


Please note that the Library will be CLOSED on Wednesday 27th July from 2.00pm- 5.00pm (Staff training) and on Monday 29th August (Bank Holiday)

Final year (i.e. leaving) students

All items must be returned before the end of term or you will be charged for the replacement of those items. If you have an extension for any reason, please inform library staff. Outstanding charges must be cleared before the end of term or your ability to attend convocation may be affected.

All other students

All items must be returned or renewed before the end of term.

If returning students borrow books over the vacation, they can be lent for a maximum of 4 weeks. You will need to renew the items at the end of each loan period, and be prepared to return them if they are required by another user during the vacation.
