Unwanted books for Climate Week

Climate-Week-2014-Logo-RGB-medium-res

Do you have unwanted books (fiction or non-fiction) in good condition? If so, then in the spirit of Climate Week please donate any unwanted books in good condition to the RAU Library and we will ensure that the books are sent to Better World Books http://www.betterworldbooks.co.uk/, who will then endeavour to sell the books online to raise money for charities.

The benefits of this include:
• no books are ever sent to landfill under this scheme
• their re-use is promoted, including literacy initiatives
• revenue for literacy charities and libraries is raised
• any carbon emissions caused by transporting books is offset by tree-planting schemes

Thank you for your donation!
