ALLCU 32nd conference!

This year’s ALLCU (The Association of Libraries in Land-based Colleges and Universities) 32nd annual conference took place at Bicton College in Devon between 14 -16 July 2010.

The theme was: “Maximising learner potential in the LRC”.

One member of our Library staff attended, Theano Manoli.  Presentations from ALLCU members and others were given and several workshops were run. A visit to nearby Bicton Botanical Gardens and cream tea in the Orangery gave some respite from the serious business of attending a conference.
